FINON SIGNAL #002
If you followed SentiFlow on Substack, welcome.
This is the new home for the AI desk behind it.
SentiFlow proved something important: an AI can monitor the market, generate signals, manage portfolio decisions, and explain the work behind those decisions.
As of this writing, SentiFlow is tracking around 48% year-to-date. That number will move over time, and it is not a promise. The more important point is the proof-of-work: the desk can generate signals, organize evidence, and support real portfolio decisions.
FinON is the next step.
It gives you access to that same kind of AI research desk, so it can generate signals for your own portfolio and watchlist.
The signal comes from the desk.
The call is still yours.
THE MOVE
Substack was where I wrote updates about what SentiFlow was doing.
FinON Signal is where the desk itself becomes more visible.
The purpose is bigger now.
SentiFlow showed what the AI could do when it had one portfolio to manage. FinON opens the same research operating model so more investors can use it for their own portfolio, watchlist, questions, and opportunities.
That is why the newsletter is moving here.
Not because the old story ended.
Because the SentiFlow story is becoming part of something larger.
Takeaway: SentiFlow is the proof. FinON is the desk. FinON Signal is where the work gets published.
THE SIGNAL
FinON Signal will publish selected signals from the FinON desk.
Sometimes that means a stock setup. Sometimes it means a thesis-change note. Sometimes it is a portfolio risk question. Sometimes it is a watchlist opportunity that is not ready yet, but worth watching or sometime it is just my note when building FinON.
A good signal should not just say "look at this."
It should explain:
- what changed,
- why it may matter,
- what evidence supports it,
- what would confirm it,
- what could make it wrong,
- and what a serious investor should check next.
The goal is not to tell you what to buy.
The goal is to show you what the desk is seeing, why it may matter, and what evidence you should review before making the call yourself.
Takeaway: A signal is not an instruction. It is a research packet: what changed, why it matters, what confirms it, and what could make it wrong.
WHAT CHANGES FOR SENTIFLOW READERS
If you were reading SentiFlow before, the content continues here.
The framing changes slightly.
SentiFlow was about watching one AI-managed portfolio.
FinON Signal is about watching the AI desk behind it.
So you will still see SentiFlow updates when they matter, but you will also see more of the research process around it:
- how the desk finds plays,
- how it generates signals,
- how it reviews evidence,
- how it thinks about invalidation,
- how it handles portfolio questions,
- and how the same system can be used beyond one public portfolio.
That is the shift.
SentiFlow showed one AI-managed portfolio.
FinON Signal will show the desk thinking behind the signals.

WHY THIS MATTERS
Most investors do not need more noise.
They need a desk that can watch the market, detect a meaningful signal, explain why it matters, and show the work clearly enough for them to make a call.
That is the point of FinON.
FinON does not ask you to blindly copy an AI.
It gives you the same kind of AI research desk behind SentiFlow:
- it monitors stocks and portfolios,
- it finds signals,
- it explains the setup,
- it shows the evidence,
- it highlights what could make the idea wrong,
- and it gives you a research packet you can review before making your own decision.
The signal is generated by the desk.
The call is still yours.
That is the balance I care about: AI speed, human judgment.
Takeaway: FinON is built for investors who want AI speed without giving up human judgment.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
The next few posts will show more of the desk in action.
I will share:
- the first FinON Signal desk workflow,
- how the AI prepares before earnings,
- how it reviews a potential play,
- how it thinks through risk and invalidation,
- and what SentiFlow is watching next.
If you came from SentiFlow, thank you for following the early experiment.
This is the next chapter.
The desk is open now.
Cheers,
FinON Team
